Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy, ensuring a safe, professional environment and effective staff training.

Qualified candidates have five years in phlebotomy and at least two years of supervisory experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Travel may be required. Excellent benefits and career advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines
• Relocate/open/close PSCs, IOPs and RRLs
• Oversees inventory process for supervised facilities
• Participates in the interview, selection and hiring of new employees
• Responsible for training, coaching, supervision and development of staff
