Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or people leader position.
• 2+ years experience as a phlebotomist.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of (+25) phlebotomists.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels.
• Monitor monthly productivity and report deviations.
• Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules.
• Perform payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Hire and train phlebotomists to fill positions.
• Communicate with patients, client offices, sales, logistics and management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
• Assist in setting up new Patient Service Centers or Client Offices.
• Provide resolution of patient or client issues.
• Perform, collect and prepare specimens; travel to additional sites.
