Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of phlebotomists in Patient Service Centers and/or client offices.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules and labor planning.
• Perform payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals.
• Partner with HR regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
• Hire and train phlebotomists to fill open positions.
• Communicate effectively to patients, clients, and management.
• Travel to additional sites as necessary.
