Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years phlebotomy experience required.
• 3 supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a region with supervisors and phlebotomists.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisory staff and phlebotomy staff.
• Collaborate with large accounts to support operational services through phlebotomy.
• Ensure policies and procedures are updated and compliant with regulations.
• Monitor productivity and report deviations.
