Aegis Sciences Corp. is seeking a dedicated Specimen Collector - Phlebotomy to perform blood collection at client sites in Noblesville, IN. The role emphasizes specimen integrity, accurate documentation, and client communication.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with up to 40 hours per week, following SOPs and safety protocols while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct across all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or 3 years of blood collection experience.
• Must meet state requirements for phlebotomy certification (where required).
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience in the medical field is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge including email use.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites for testing.
• Maintain the integrity of the collection process and records.
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and chain of custody of samples.
• Utilize ELR (FLUID) for sample submissions and accuracy checks.
• Maintain PPE usage and adhere to safety requirements.
• Support sales teams with sample collection and client inquiries.
