Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy training or 3 years blood collection experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA awareness.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites per SOP.
• Maintain chain of custody and accurate labeling.
• Obtain insurance verification for billing.
• Package specimens for shipment.
• Communicate with clients and sales teams as needed.
• Review and complete required compliance training.
