Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Employer Solutions in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotational weekends. The role offers an hourly pay starting around $20.00 and eligible performance bonuses.

You will collect specimens, administer oral solutions, review orders in lab systems, enter data accurately, and maintain phlebotomy logs. A HS diploma and 3 years of phlebotomy experience are required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Review test/client information in lab systems and verify orders.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.

Skills

Three years phlebotomy experience

Keyboard/data entry experience

Flexibility with weekends/holidays/on‑

Reliable transportation and driver's

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic

Phlebotomy certification preferred
