Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for onsite work in Norcross, GA. This contract role requires travel to multiple Patient Service Centers and in-office locations with minimal notice, and offers a 4-month duration with pay rates of $21.70–$23.25 per hour.

The selected candidate will perform phlebotomy and specimen processing, ensure correct patient ID, maintain records, and uphold safety standards while delivering compassionate service across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric care.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• State licensure may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing per established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
