Job summary

Talentify partners with a leading health services provider to recruit a Phlebotomist II for Alpharetta, GA. This contract role covers patient phlebotomy duties across multiple locations with on-site orientation and travel as needed.

The clinician will draw blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, verify patient information, and maintain accurate records under supervision. Shift is day EST, 8am-5pm, with some call coverage and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; CA/NV/WA required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
