Job summary

TalentBurst seeks a Phlebotomist II in Norcross, GA. Work Mon-Fri, 8:15am–4:45pm, for a 3+ month assignment. Must have phlebotomy license, valid transportation, and be able to cover multiple sites as needed.

Prior pediatric/geriatric phlebotomy experience is required. High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA/NV/WA). Responsibilities include accurate specimen collection, label verification, documentation, and maintaining a professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• 2–3 years phlebotomy experience required, incl. pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily phlebotomy tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labels post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
