Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• State credentials licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients in the reception and phlebotomy process.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a trustful, accurate and safe environment.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform daily activities accurately, maintain records and foster a professional atmosphere.
