Two years of phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma are required, along with phlebotomy certification in CA, NV, WA or LA.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.

• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Strong knowledge of phlebotomy best practices and complex collection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with low error rate.
• Enter patient data accurately and maintain labeling integrity.
• Maintain clean, welcoming collection environments and assist with site operations.
• Direct daily site operations and coach on-site staff to ensure SOP compliance.
