The position delivers professional phlebotomy services at PSCs or Client Offices, ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols. It emphasizes customer service, on-site leadership, and operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA (Required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned PSCs or Client Offices, ensuring accurate specimen collection and labeling.
• Communicate professionally with patients and clients to support a courteous experience.
• Maintain site operations, coaching on-site staff and ensuring timely tasks.
• Perform data entry for patient registration, test orders, and billing information.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety and confidentiality policies while handling specimens.
