Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws across diverse patient groups.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per SOPs.
• Provide professional patient service and handle inquiries with care.
• Lead site operations, coaching staff and ensuring compliance.
