Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and other draws, ensuring accurate labeling.
• Verify orders and prepare specimens for transport and testing.
• Resolve routine patient concerns and provide professional, respectful service.
• Direct daily site operations and mentor on-site staff.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, confidentiality, logs, and supplies.
