Job summary

LabCorp in Prairieville, LA is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to oversee Patient Service Centers and perform phlebotomy under minimal supervision.

This role coordinates PSC staff, ensures smooth patient flow, handles specimen processing, data entry and billing, and maintains high standards of customer service and compliance across sites. Travel to additional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.
• Proven knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, and information logs.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
