Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This role oversees Patient Service Centers, coordinates staff and laboratory workflows, and performs phlebotomy procedures with minimal supervision.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00am–12:00pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO/FTO, tuition reimbursement and stock purchase plan. Pay range is $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience and customer service focus.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong communication and reliable dependability.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and logs.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for all ages.
• Enter patient information accurately and process billing as needed.
• Travel to additional sites when required.
