Qualifications

• 2 years or more of experience as phlebotomist.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) or license in progress is acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
