Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to oversee Patient Service Centers within an assigned area. You will work with PSC staff, lab personnel, and clients to ensure smooth operation and quality service.

The role includes performing blood collection by venipuncture and capillary methods, handling specimen processing, and travel to additional sites as required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee PSC activities within assigned area.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing at LabCorp centers.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and logs; travel to additional sites as needed.
