Labcorp Naples is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to oversee Patient Service Centers and perform phlebotomy tasks, ensuring efficient patient flow and accurate duties across sites.

The role requires phlebotomy skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to travel to additional sites as needed. You will coordinate PSC operations with staff, PSC management, and laboratory teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification acceptable in lieu of experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to additional sites.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity and report deviations as needed.
• Address customer service-related issues promptly and respectfully.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication among coworkers.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
