Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomy Representative Site Lead in Norwich, CT. The role supports patient services at PSCs and IOOs, performing venipuncture and ensuring accurate labeling and data entry in a fast-paced lab setting.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with rotational weekend coverage; pay ranges $23.20–$24.90 per hour plus potential performance bonus. Benefits include medical, retirement plans, paid time off, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA (Required).
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws; manage difficult draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures; perform data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, store as required.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment; handle multiple priorities.
