Quest Diagnostics in Dublin, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead to oversee daily operations at the Patient Service Center. The role involves drawing blood, supervising staff, and ensuring accuracy and safety while engaging with patients in a professional manner.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with rotational weekends, a pay starting at $21.50+ per hour, and a range of benefits including medical, retirement match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexibility to cover weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required; safeguard assets and card data.
• Perform data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training in latest techniques.
• Provide mentorship to new employees and assist with schedules and inventory.
