Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Dublin, OH, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role involves drawing blood, preparing samples, and leading daily activities at a PSC/IOP.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Perform data entry and processing of specimens and related logs.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with inventory counts.
• Provide mentorship and training for new employees on site.
