Qualifications

• One year customer service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry and PC experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers appropriately and treat them courteously.
• Assist patients with kiosk sign-in and ensure accuracy of information.
• Contact clients to obtain patient orders and handle inquiries.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, faxing, mail preparation and data entry.
• Stock supplies and complete special projects as requested by supervisor.
