Aufgaben

• Verifies test requisitions and discrepancies with leadership.
• Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity via aseptic techniques and Natera procedures.
• Tracks collected specimens and tallies collections in the Natera system.
• Maintains quality results and reports KPIs to product management biweekly.
• Oversees phlebotomy program at the PSC and may supervise other phlebotomists.
• Completes HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training within 30 days.
