Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Phlebotomist I to join our Riverview, FL team. You will draw blood samples from patients, prepare specimens for lab testing, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you’ll interact with patients, explain procedures, and uphold safety, confidentiality, and professional standards. The role requires flexibility, including weekends and every third Saturday shift, Monday–Friday schedule, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED. One( ) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
