• Greets customers and provides courteous service.
• Ensures all phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.

• Enter patient and billing information accurately in PathConnect and related systems.
• Match requisitions to specimens; label, centrifuge, and process specimens as required.
• Maintain daily PSC/IOPST logs and assist with monthly statistics.
• Performs basic clerical duties including electronic data entry and travel logs.
