Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document observations and report changes to the RN.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; orient patients.
• Perform phlebotomy, 12-lead EKGs, and selected therapeutic/diagnostic tasks as directed.
