Responsibilities

• Provide safe direct patient care with age-appropriate accommodations.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Recognize and report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patient care team.
• Assist with specimen collection, phlebotomy and EKG procedures.
• Maintain equipment and participate in quality initiatives.
