Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides safe direct patient care and assists with activities of daily living.
• Documents patient data, vitals and care notes per unit standards.
• Responds to patient requests with professional customer service.
• Assists in admission, transfer and discharge processes as needed.
• Performs point-of-care testing and phlebotomy per unit requirements.
