Job summary

Penn Medicine Doylestown Health is seeking a dedicated patient care technician for full-time night shifts (7pm–7am) in the Med Surg Tele unit. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and assist with diagnostic procedures and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma/ GED Required
• BLS certification required for patient care
• Phlebotomy certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assists with routine diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions as directed.
• Maintains patient safety, comfort, and daily living activities including hygiene, mobility and nutrition.
• Documents patient information accurately and communicates changes to the care team.
