Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even as intern.
• Minimum 1–2 years of in-person customer service experience.
• Keyboard and data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in at kiosk.
• Assist with breaks and coverage in lobby and draw room.
• Perform phlebotomy duties when needed following procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
