TalentBurst is seeking an Entry Level Phlebotomist to assist with patient check-in in the Charlotte, NC lobby and to support phlebotomy teams during procedures. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate data handling, and strong service skills.

Under supervision, you will help maintain a welcoming waiting area, cover breaks, and learn phlebotomy procedures while growing within the company. The position requires a high school diploma and phlebotomy exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED - no exceptions.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even if just an intern/externship to learn the basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-ins in the lobby.
• Assist with breaks and coverage for staff in lobby and draw room.
• Perform phlebotomy tasks following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality in patient interactions.
