Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required in some states.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Lead staff training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and licensing requirements.
