Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to perform complex problem solving and leadership.
• Read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Advanced computer skills and exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and compliance requirements.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Confidential Information Agreement executed.
• ADHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control off-site phlebotomy operations to meet corporate objectives.
• Maintain staffing levels, minimize overtime, and manage budgets and supplies.
• Ensure locations function well and service levels are enhanced.
• Identify and resolve service issues using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Coordinate facilities management with vendors, contractors, and account managers.
