Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an SQL/LSA clinical laboratory environment.
• Experience in leadership, training, or management.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational oversight for the shift and manages day-to-day workflow.
• Reviews records and ensures QC procedures and maintenance meet standards.
• Participates in section financial monitoring and improvement; tracks expenses.
• Leads personnel management tasks including training, coaching, and retention.
• Serves as a resource and communication liaison with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Education

Associate’s degree in Allied Health or related field
