Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision, schedule management and workflow coordination.
• Oversee quality control, regulatory compliance and QA/QC processes.
• Monitor section finances and manage supply usage and expense controls.
• Participate in staff training, orientation and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and allied staff on test orders and inquiries.
