Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist certification preferred but not required.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draws quality blood samples from patients following established procedures.
• Prepares specimens for lab testing and ensures proper labeling and handling.
• Performs clerical duties such as data entry and phone coverage as needed.
• Assists with inventory and supplies and supports other team members as required.
