Job summary

Responsibilities include order entry, result look-up, report generation, and responding to internal/external inquiries with professionalism. High school diploma or GED required; phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service in medical or retail setting preferred.
• Ability to travel to off-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients.
• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Identify patients accurately and match identity with service.
• Data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
