Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or NAACLS-approved program is required.
• 1+ year of related phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable with venipuncture, specimen handling, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens by venipuncture and skin puncture.
• Prepare, label, and route specimens to testing areas.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate patient and specimen identification.
