Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP) or NA/MA related credentials preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience including venipuncture and patient interaction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and skin punctures for blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, accessioning, and tracking in LIS/EMR.
• Maintain instrument readiness and quality control per CLSI guidelines.
• Provide compassionate communication to patients and explain blood draw process.
• Support coverage for various Medical Group offices and home visits as needed.
