Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• 6 months of laboratory accessioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Extracts blood and performs phlebotomy per aseptic technique.
• Documents all phlebotomy rounds with accuracy.
• Enter demographics, orders, and verify specimen receipt in Meditech.
• Prepare and process specimens for testing; label, aliquot, centrifuge as needed.
• Maintain donor room QC and perform donor documentation accurately.
