Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited school.
• Must obtain BLS within 30 days of employment.
• 3+ years phlebotomy or 2+ years with accredited program and waived testing experience.
• English speaking/writing; ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric and adult venipunctures and specimen collection.
• Conduct CLIA waived tests with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate lab records for audits.
• Ensure quality controls and instrument maintenance.
