Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is hiring Patient Service Technicians at multiple levels. The role supports phlebotomy tasks, specimen collection, and basic testing under supervision.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and phlebotomy training or relevant experience. Compensation is based on local labor markets with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Phlebotomy program or 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Able to operate related medical equipment and use Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric and adult venipunctures and other collection services.
• Perform CLIA waived tests as described in procedures.
• Maintain accurate lab records for inspections and audits.
• Follow safety guidelines and conduct quality controls.
