Responsibilities

• Participates in staff selection, training, and performance evaluation.
• Writes, reviews, and updates departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Identifies and analyzes performance indicators to promote safety and quality in the lab.
• Reviews financial reports and meets productivity targets.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to address concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
• Develops systems to manage inventory and reduces waste in the outreach program (MethCare).
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.
