Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: 2 years or more as a supervisor or leader of direct reports.
• 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of phlebotomists and manage patient flow and productivity.
• Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules and maintain logs.
• Perform payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals.
• Assist in set-up of new Patient Service Centers or Client Offices.
