Endeavor Health, serving the Naperville area, seeks an experienced Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee the phlebotomy and specimen receiving operations. You will train staff, ensure policy adherence, and maintain high patient-focused service in a dynamic hospital setting.

The role requires 5+ years of phlebotomy experience with leadership capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with hospital information systems. Inpatient setting; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Required Or
• 5+ Years 5 years of documented Phlebotomy experience required. Recent experience in pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy required. Prior personnel management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee phlebotomy operations and training.
• Ensure adherence to NorthShore policies and infection control.
• Schedule staff to cover expected workflow and recruit for phlebotomy positions.
