The role requires an Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related Science, 5 years in a clinical lab, 3 years phlebotomy, and leadership in a service setting; phlebotomy EKG experience preferred.

5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (required).
3 years phlebotomy experience (required).
Previous leadership in a customer service environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

Hires and assist with onboarding top talent to create a diverse, growth-oriented environment.
Evaluates competency of testing personnel and ensures accurate test procedures and timely reporting.
Ensures patient test results are reported only after corrective actions and system is functioning.
Participates in committees, task forces, and improvement teams.
Ensures laboratory changes are validated before implementation.
Other duties as assigned.
