The ideal candidate will have a clinical background with supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, payroll, and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of phlebotomists in patient service centers and/or physician offices.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and information logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity and report deviations as necessary.
• Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful thinking.
• Perform payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals.
• Partner with Human Resources regarding employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Hire and train phlebotomists to fill open positions.
• Communicate with patients, client staff, sales, logistics and senior management.
