Responsibilities

• Supervise technical and operational management of all pre- and post-analytical functions across multiple departments.
• Act as a resource in the daily operations and activities of multiple lab departments.
• Coordinate with patient care leadership to evaluate service needs and volumes.
• Maintain continuous 24/7 hospital laboratory services with multiple shifts of support staff including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission) and SOPs; participate in audits and performance improvement.
